What people ask before booking.

How quickly can we go live?

Most providers are live within 2-3 weeks of signing. The main inputs we need from you are your lead database, course catalogue, and advisor calendar setup. We handle the rest.

What does Claire sound like? Is it obvious she's an AI?

Claire is a natural-sounding voice AI not a robotic IVR. She introduces herself and makes clear she's an AI assistant calling on behalf of your institution. This is both compliant and, based on our data, students engage better when they know what they're talking to.

How does ASQA compliance work?

Every call is recorded, transcribed, and stored in Australia (Sydney region). Do-not-call requests and data removal requests are processed automatically and logged with timestamps. Student-initiated callback consent is captured in the transcript. You get a compliance report with every weekly update.

What kind of leads work best?

Our strongest results come from leads aged 0-24 months who originally enquired about a specific course. The Business & Management, Education, and Health & Care categories perform particularly well. We'll assess your database on the call and give you an honest conversion estimate.

Do my advisors need to do anything differently?

Very little. Claire books appointments directly into your existing calendar system. Advisors see a confirmed booking with student name, course interest, and call duration. They show up and close nothing else changes on their end.

What happens to students who don't answer?

Students who don't connect go into the callback pool and get called again. Once SMS campaigns launch (currently in development), unreached students will also receive pre-call SMS warm-ups and post-call follow-up messages significantly increasing total reach.
