Course Advisor AI came out of a simple frustration: education providers were sitting on thousands of warm leads and no practical way to reach them at scale. We built the system we wished existed.

Why we built this

We've run the call centres. We know what breaks.

Between us, we've spent years inside some of Australia's largest education businesses running enrolment teams, building student-facing operations, and managing the technology that connects providers to prospective students.

The pattern we saw everywhere was the same: providers had databases full of people who'd already raised their hand, and no scalable way to contact them consistently. Human call centres were expensive, inconsistent, and couldn't run 24/7. Most leads just went cold.

We built Course Advisor AI to solve that specific problem. Claire is an AI voice agent that runs outbound campaigns at a scale no human team can match and when she gets a student into a real conversation, she converts one in four into a confirmed appointment.

This isn't a lab experiment. It's live. And the data behind it comes from real campaigns with real students at one of Australia's largest RTOs.
